Urgent Aid for Kringle's Recovery Journey
Tax deductible
⚠️ WARNING: the following pictures are graphic. The cat is at an emergency vet receiving all necessary care! ⚠️

Last week, a colony caretaker found herself in an unthinkable situation: a stray cat Kringle (fka Tom Tom) that would frequent her house for food showed up with a broken jaw, severely injured eye, bent leg, and countless injuries underneath. In pain and confusion, he made his way to her doorstep, the place he felt most familiar, and begged for help the only way he knew how.
The caretaker started calling, texting, doing anything to find out how to help Kringle. Slowly, the dreadful realization sunk in that absent a rescue, the only option was to relinquish him to a shelter, where he would be euthanized. He was on borrowed time due to the condition he was in, and Kringle needed help from a rescue asap. After posting it around, and the community rallying and promising donations to whomever helped, Forever Fortunate Felines, a rescue full of one-eyed, goofy misfits, intervened fast before it was too late.
Kringle was hospitalized immediately. He had jaw surgery, removal of his eye, and is still undergoing further treatment. He struggles to eat, which tends to be normal for cats in this situation. We do not know how long he will remain in vet and foster care, but he will make it through. He will survive, and before long, with a lot of TLC along the way, he will thrive.
Please help us cover his care! Hospitalizations and surgeries are so expensive, and rescues cannot do it without the support of our community. Thank you!
