Urgent Aid for Hayley's Legal Fees

It is with a heavy heart filled with stress, guilt, and embarrassment (and frankly desperation) that I create this GoFundMe in hopes to help raise money towards my legal fees surrounding my recent custody case.

This is the very last resort to the circumstances I never thought I would be in. I am not the type of person to ever ask for a handout and I am always the one wanting to help others (& will always continue to).

The harsh reality is that on one income, things are already tight & I am out of my financial resources for such large amounts of money to be due at one time.

As a single mom, I am doing my best to provide for us on one income while giving Skye the childhood and life she deserves after everything we’ve been facing.

I have until the end of next month to come up with a total amount for legal fees & bills or else we will be forced to move out and my attorney will withdraw (she’s still on the case due to some things currently going on; I won’t go into detail on this).

It’s been incredibly hard to stay on top of things between juggling day to day life, and having a timeline for these two things to be due and I’m drowning.

I’m trying my best, but I feel so defeated and don’t know what else to do from here other than to ask for help.

No amount is too small, it all adds up quickly, and I would be forever grateful. I don’t expect to make anything close to this goal, but anything would be of help.

Donating will not only provide immediate financial relief, but allow this to hopefully just be a challenging period of time that we can overcome without extensive financial strains on our future.

This has been one of the hardest years of our life and as embarrassing as it is to need to use this platform to reach out for help, I’d feel better knowing that I tried every last resort.

My heart goes out to everyone going through a similar situation or worse, I know it’s been tough for a lot of people and my prayers are with you all as well.
