Hello everyone, my name is Meghann and I'm a Special Education Teacher in San Francisco, CA. I'm supporting the Joda family as they try to survive the genocide in Gaza. I will be responsible for sending them money as donations come in. Here is Hassan's story:

‎Hello guys, I am Hassan from Gaza, a Palestinian, and I am proud of my country. I have a family of 3 girls who are like the moon, and I love them very much and I am afraid for them from genocide. I have Aileen, Tolin, and Wooten.

I address you with a heart heavy with sadness, shock, despair, and anxiety, but filled with hope. I have started this campaign to collect donations to provide urgent assistance to my family amidst the devastating war, destruction, and tragic conflict that is worsening every day.

I ask for your help to pay for rent, food, medical and school supplies.

I spent my youth and happy days in Gaza. I was an interior designer who loved my work, and I had a great passion for the world of decoration, design and graphics. I had big dreams and ambitions, and a career path that I wanted to pursue. I had a warm and beautiful home, a family I loved, and a quiet neighborhood to live in. But the war made me lose all of that.

Our house was completely burned, we lost our jobs, and we desperately need your help to ensure the safety of our family.
