I am raising funds to support my disabled friend for her upcoming medical journey. My 32-year-old best friend is suffering from hyper mobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and severe spinal stenosis that's led to nerve compression and loss of mobility in her legs. She also has various other health conditions which make it difficult for her to stand, regulate her body temperature, and perform basic daily tasks. Because of these disabilities, she needs an electric wheelchair.

The cost of the electric wheelchair with the needed accessories is $1535.00. The additional requested funds are to cover medical expenses.

My friend is in the process of exiting a difficult DV situation and needs all of the support they can get. Unfortunately, their network is limited, and out of respect for their privacy and to alleviate strain during this difficult time, I've volunteered to fundraise on their behalf.
