Hi, my name is Cristiano Valentim. I’m writing this with a heavy heart and deep pain, as my family and I have just experienced something no one should ever have to go through. While traveling to Portugal, my mother, my sister, and I were involved in a tragic car accident. We were struck by a semi-truck. The crash changed everything in an instant. My mother and I are currently hospitalized with serious injuries, but by God’s grace, we are stable and slowly recovering. However, my sister is in critical condition. She is fighting for her life, and every hour is uncertain. Seeing her like this is something I’ll never forget, and no words can describe the pain we feel. This accident has left us physically, and emotionally  broken. Between hospital bills, travel costs, and the care my sister urgently needs, we are overwhelmed.
