Urgent Aid for Eye Surgery and Rent

I am asking anyone that can to help a friend of mine. She is in her 70s and her eyesight has gotten bad, she can’t drive so lost her job. NOW she can get eye surgery to reverse it and get her license and get a job but it’s 3000$ She also is behind on her rent 2000$ There is a time restraint on the rent.
