Hi, my name is Kaity and I am a Registered Nurse from Florida, United States. My specialty is Transplant and Cardiovascular Medicine.

This fundraiser is on behalf of young Ibrahim Bebo, a 19-year-old from North of Gaza, Palestine.

As we know what challenges face the people of Gaza, specifically in the north, please understand that Ibrahim, a loving king referred to as “Bebo” by his friends, is the sole breadwinner for his parents and six other siblings.

Bebo stays separately from his family. He stays in a makeshift shelter inside of a broken-down building amidst the rubble and lives there by himself. He lives separately so that he can be where there is active Internet available, where he can do TikTok lives and try to earn money for his family for food, clean water, medication, and hygiene products.

Every few weeks, Bebo will walk to make the journey back home to see his family, spend a few days with them, and then he will come back out and be on his own so that he can earn for them.

He does not even have a tent for himself.

If the borders open, the whole family would need to be evacuated. The previous cost was US$5000 per person. If the borders open to Egypt again, the cost will be public information.

The money earned here is to provide him with a tent and access to supplies that he needs to survive while living by himself as a young 19-year-old man. Other funds will be utilized to send back to his two parents and six siblings so that they can have their needs met. the cost-of-living is very expensive, including tents at $1500 and food varying in high prices. All additional funds will be raised in order to pay for each person’s cost to leave once the borders open again. Inshallah.
