Urgent: $35k Stolen from 80 year old Disabled Veteran

My lifelong friends father, Martin (Navy Veteran) unfortunately, lost all of his savings which was about $35k as well as a vacuum. It seems as if the aide that was assigned to him helped themselves to the savings over about the last 9 months or so. Sadly, this was money being saved for new teeth as insurance does not seem to cover this, fixing the ramp for his wheelchair, any repairs that are needed to his home, offset monthly costs when certain months bills are over, and to help with final expenses, as he is 80 years old.
