LUNG BLOOD CLOTS end of October then in CAR ACCIDENT DEC. 27th resulting in Emergency Surgery for broken ankles and legs. 30 Screws and three plates. Five months in Hospital and Nursing Home and not allowed to put weight on my legs. Now home doing Phys Therapy - still using assistance to walk but almost back to normal. Seven months with no income and additional bills I need help.
