UPS and downs for Mental Health - Burpee Challenge
Suffolk New College Students and Staff are raising money in aid of BRITISH LIMBLESS EX-SERVICE MEN'S ASSOCIATION (BLESMA) and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution.
Due to the detrimental and sometimes debilitating effect mental and physical health can have upon individuals, and with recent discussions centred around this for both civilian and public service personnel, we feel this will be a great way to support student and staff health and wellbeing whilst donating to charity!

There has already been quite a considerable interest from local service personnel who will be appearing on our college Instagram throughout April to support this challenge so watch this space!

Any donations would be greatly appreciated. Let’s be honest, everybody has been affected by the lockdown in one form or another.
We have aptly named this challenge ‘UPS and downs for Mental Health - Burpee Challenge’.
Staff and students of Uniformed Public Services & Sport courses at Suffolk New College, will be completing this challenge by completing 2000 Burpees each for the period of April.

The lecturing team have decided upon this specific charity as they have provided fantastic support and inspiration to our student cohorts throughout this academic year, in what has been quite a challenging time to motivate and engage student interest during a national lockdown.
