Dale Carse's medical expenses

Most of you know Dale Carse (the Beering Master) from either his time volunteering with the Boy Scouts of America or with church groups helping people with disaster relief efforts from Katrina in Louisiana or Sandy in New Jersey, or organizing a social group called "The Beering" - getting all his friends together once a month for friendship and good beer. Who can't like a guy like that?
       As most of you know Dale has a pattern for always giving and never asking for anything in return except your friendship.   Dale recently had a brain bleed and is still being diagnosed as to the cause of bleed. He is still in the hospital and seeking treatment. He has medical insurance that will hopefully cover most of the costs, but we all know that doesn't cover everything like deductibles, time off work, and other unforeseen costs.
       Dale is one of my close friends and, with his wife's permission, I would like to give back to him what he would not ask for himself.
       With your help, friends, I would like to raise some money to help them out with the costs that are to come. This would be an enormous weight taken off his family's shoulders to help him with a speedy recovery.
