Uplifting a Veteran Amidst Multiple Crises

I hate this, begging, but for the second time in less than a year, my back is to the wall.
I had a recent "Mental Health Incident", resulting in a relatively short hospitalization at the Veterans Administration Hospital, during which they found I was in a-fib for several days. (Atrial Fibrillation. The upper chambers of the heart aren't in sync, and, of course, this could just add to my problems.) Missed a week of work, and while I'm not quite paycheck-to-paycheck, we are still trying to rebuild our savings, which, despite a GoFundMe after my cancer surgery, are still low.
The day of the Mental Health Incident, our hot water heater died. Wife says it will be up to two months before we can afford to replace it, AND have it installed professionally. (I'll mess with some things, but know my limits. Too many times, I know of houses burning down from someone doing something they don't know what they're doing. I just paid off the mortgage, I'd like to keep this place a while.)
Plus, our washing machine has also gone to the appliance center in the sky after a dozen years. The last few years, I had to get into the innards and fix things, but that doesn't work anymore.
Then, today, our van lost its headlights. They're there, they didn't fall off, but for months the passenger side headlight has randomly worked, or not worked. Now, the driver's side is out, but the high beams still work. I replaced the bulb on the driver's side, and it's still out. So, now I need the mechanic to track down an electrical short. This van is nickel-and-diming me to death, but I can't get a loan for a new vehicle and I have to get to work.
I am so tired of being desperate. Every time something good happens, 4 more things blow up in my face. Normally, I roll with the punches, but...I just can't roll this time.
So, if you can help, thank you.
If you can share, thank you.
If you have a reliable vehicle that will pass Missouri State Inspection that you just don't want anymore... my standards are "beggars can't be choosers."
