I am Courtney Washington, Ty Washington’s wife or as a lot of you know him as SHOWOUT. My husband is a pillar of the community. As a man of God that serves at Harvest church. A lot of you may know him from Onelife Hampton and/or Newport News, others you may have lifted with him in competition or been influenced to do so.

My husband is an incredible coach and trainer who is well respected, driven, and has a passion for what he does. My safe place, my soulmate an amazing father and breadwinner of our household. In recent events my husband went into cardiac arrest and is now in the ICU.

As you can imagine beyond the devastation of myself, our children one that we just welcomed into this world. His team and community because of this situation.

I am pleased with his medical team that is working with him around the clock, constant scans, and test being conducted and costly with an unknown diagnosis or release from the ICU, there is a longer recovery road ahead.
