Dar, Darlene “Princess BlueBird” , Buckskin broke the glass ceiling in Women’s Boxing, and was the first Indigenous female inducted into the Boxing Hall of Fame, along with her sister Theresa Kibby.

You know, that one person that ALWAYS has a smile and some laughter for you, no matter what? THAT is Dar, to everyone who knows and loves her, and even those that don’t! She uplifts everyone she comes in contact with, and now, it’s OUR turn to uplift her!!

Dar has had major medical issues recently and has a long road of recovery ahead, both in and out of the hospital. Dar has been intubated in ICU for six days. She was THANKFULLY taken off the ventilator yesterday, and will need further surgery once she’s strong enough to withstand it. Let’s help her focus on her recovery without the stress & worry over finances. Every dollar will go straight to Dar, and anything you can send her way would be most appreciated!!
