Single mom with stage 4 cancer

I am a 36 year old single mother of two beautiful children who has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. Prior to me having a miscarriage in March I had no idea I was as sick as I am. I went to see my Dr. in early May who thought it was gallbladder issues come to find out after a series  of test I was told I have acute injury to kidney, anemic in addition to finding out me feeling crappy with a large mass on my liver was for sure cancer. I have already started my chemotherapy so even getting to appointments is a hassle with a 2 year old. At a time like this I’m not working and don’t really qualify for any government assistance so I’m coming to you all in this time of need if you can help to keep me and my children in our place ,pay bills and have food we would greatly appreciate it.
