Upgrade Nephew's Van for Better Mobility

Some of you may remember my nephew was in a motorcycle accident three years ago that left him paralyzed from the chest down. He has purchased a used wheelchair van and has already spent $3800 on modifications. He needs an additional $4200 to upgrade the hand controls, seatbelt system and some other minor repairs to the van. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
