Dave Young Funeral Fund

As many of you know, Dave fought a very long and hard battle with Leukemia for the past few years. He never, ever, ever wanted to give up. He was a badass that fought it off for so long and was still fighting when it took him on December 26th.

To know Dave is to love him - you just couldn't. He was always full of life and loved everyone. He would do anything for anyone that needed it, and do it with a smile. He married Rhonda, my best friend in the whole world on September 25, 2004, was an amazing husband, patient and kind father, a wonderful grandfather and friend to all. He never minded taking in extra kids or animals and made sure everyone was always taken care of. Being sick off and on for the last 7 years, Dave wasn't able to run his company, Dave's Contracting, as much as he would have and especially not during this last year. He was a true craftsman and he always wanted to make sure all jobs were complete to the very best!

Visitation for Dave is at Greenlee Funeral Home, 619 Main St, Bentleyville, PA 15314 on January 2nd from 4 P.M. -6 P.M. with a short service and dinner at Scenery Hill Community Church. In lieu of flowers, please donate here to help the family with funeral expenses. Although everything is appreciated, this will help the family more than the flowers will. Thank you to everyone that has sent condolences, food, etc. It's appreciated more than you will ever realize.
