We are a close group of filmmakers and this is our final film project at the University of Salford.

With your help, our previous film was screened at numerous film festivals and won 7 awards across the UK. We are about to embark on our next creative journey with “Up Next…Ross Coltrane” and would love your support to continue!

About “Up Next…Ross Coltrane”:

Up Next… Ross Coltrane is a short film paying homage to the Britpop stars of the 80s/90s. A faded Britpop star, Ross Coltrane, returns to the limelight in a TV interview to promote his memoir - where he reveals the realities of fleeting fame and the painful experience of being reduced to a nostalgic icon. Upon realising his manager, along with the talk show hosts, are trying to exploit his troubled past on live TV, he breaks down in front of the nation.

Your generous donations will play a crucial role in bringing our artistic vision to life. Every contribution will go towards essential production elements such as:

• Hiring locations, including a TV studio and permits.

• Transporting equipment, crew, and cast to and from filming locations.

• Acquiring materials for set-building, props & costumes to help build Ross’s World!

• Applying to film festivals so you can see it on the big screens.
