For the first time in almost 20 years, the University of Oregon Alpine Women's Ski Team will be making the trip to the USCSA National Championships! After a successful season competing in the Northwest Conference and taking second place, the women's team took their speed to Bogus Basin in Idaho and competed against some of the fastest teams in the region. At the Regional Championships, the women's team placed third punching their ticket to nationals at Mammoth Mountain in California. The team will compete with the best in the country from March 6-11. As a club sport of the University of Oregon, the team receives some funding from the school but athletes are required to pay the rest out of pocket.
