Hi, guys! Thanks for stopping by! My name is Ricky and I’m a single dad of my wonderful seven-year-
old son, Noah, and live in San Diego, CA. In September of last year, I left my job of over three years at
Art of Eight Training and Fitness Center due to a disagreement with the current ownership. I had been
with the company since their start in 2011.
A few months after finding employment at another facility in San Diego , I was served with a lawsuit
from Art of Eight. I absolutely did not do the things they allege that I did. Despite this, they are
continuing to pursue legal action, which has forced me to seek counsel.
The owners of Art of Eight are also owners of the law firm suing me.
Anyone that knows me knows that I am the friendliest person and have nothing but the best intentions for
everyone. Typically, I would try to figure out this situation on my own, but the impending legal fees have
become too much and are starting to affect my son and what I’m able to do for him. My son and I would
sincerely appreciate any help that you could provide with this situation. He’s a wonderful kid and I want
to be able to continue to give him everything that he deserves, and I fear that all of these fees will start to
affect him and his quality of life.
While I am not posting details of the lawsuit, as it is still ongoing, the complaint filed against me is a
public document. I’ve posted it here if you want to take a look.
