My name is Gaia and I am a social work student at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS).

My colleagues and I are participating in a project called "Unveiling Refugee Life in Bamberg Through Pictures". The aim of this project is to use the Photovoice method to empower people with a refugee background in Bamberg, helping them to express their feelings and ambitions. The project is led by the NGO Farafina Institute (FI), based in Bamberg, and it will end in the organization of an exhibition in June 2025.

We are raising funds to support this project, as it has a strong social value for us. In order to realize this project in the best possible way, we need some funds. Every kind of contribution will be very helpful. The funds will be used for food and drinks during the workshops and some materials for the final event.
