Chimney Sweep's widow and son
Donation protected
My husband, Rick Eanes passed away March 12, 2016 from a heart attack. He owned and operated Eanes Chimney Sweep in Virginia. He started this business from ground zero , and eventually bought out his competition. Rick was such a hard worker and he would help anyone in need. He would sweep chimneys for those who couldn't afford it for free, and would work in freezing temperatures so people could stay warm. We were married for 24 years, and we have a 15 year old son. Rick was our source of income, and I am on disability due to spinal and cervical issues. Rick was in a coma for 6 days, and the helicopter ride alone was $37,000!! Our local bank froze his account, because it is a business account, and now I have no way to pay our bills. We live in the country, and many abandoned cats have found their way to our home, we have over 20!! We have had several spade, I just worry now that we can't afford to care for them. Any donation is greatly appreciated. Thank you, for taking the time to read this. God Bless
