Untrash East Bay

Our first fundraiser! We're trying to raise $1200 to cover general expenses and to purchase a set of cameras to monitor a couple of frequently trashed locations.

The primary expense for the organization to date are:
- Website fees: $450 (website fees have been prepaid for several years to take advantage of steep discounts)
- Cleanup supplies: $320 (gloves, bags, clips, tecnu, vests, and a new hands-free cleaning station)
- Office supplies: $130 (primarily to make laminated signs)

In addition, we'd like to purchase cameras to monitor two frequently trashed locations. If the cameras prove successful, we're likely expand the effort to more locations. To monitor one location costs ~$200

To date we've cleaned up 271 bags of trash, 30 tires, 4 sofas and 2 major appliance. We've also grown the organization to over 200 people and earned the appreciation and thanks from thousands in our community.
