Hello Everyone. I Need Your Help In Telling The True Untold Story Of Serial Rapist/Suspected Killer Through An Independent Film. Charles Henry Williams Was Terrorizing The Miami Dade County, Targeting Young Black And Spanish Girls, Offering Them Drugs, Then Raping And Killing Them. Two Of My Families Members Survived His Attack And The World Needs To Hear Their Story. The Family That Lost Loved Ones Need To Know What Happened. The Police Never Tied Their Stories Of Approximately 32 Victims. I Have Compiled Police Reports, Victims Statements As Well As Actual interviews. The Information Had Been Kept Close In The Family After Having Tried To Kill My Own Mother. I Have 2 Daughters And It Has Increasingly Bothered Me As I Watch My Babies Grow.

This Is Not To Glorify My Uncle Evil And Monstrous Actions But To Shed Light On How Destructive Families Secrets Can Affect So Many Others.
