Hallo, ich heiße Marina und ich haben diesen Fundraiser aufgesetzt um meinem Freund Josef aus einer unglaublich schweren Notsituation zu helfen. Lest hier seine Geschichte:

Wer ich bin

Hallo, ich heiße Josef und ich benötige Hilfe um mich aus einer rechtsextremen Bedrohungslage zu befreien. Ich bin 31 Jahre alt, lebe in NRW, und ich bin chronisch krank.

Das Problem

Vor kurzem wurde ich auf offener Straße von einem Nazi angegriffen was in einem Krankenhausaufenthalt endete und mein Leben schlagartig in eine Krise geworfen hat. In der Zeit in der ich im Krankenhaus war wurde mir von meiner Vermieterin eine Räumungsklage angedroht mit der Begründung das Sonderkündigungsrecht anzuwenden.

Trotz Auskunftssperre im Melderegister und Kontakt zu Hilfsorganisationen, ließ die Belästigung nur zeitweise nach. In den letzten zwei Wochen hat die Belästigung sich intensiviert, was zu dieser Wohnungskündigung führen könnte. Laut Hilfsorganisation ist das einzige was fehlt um meine Bedrohungslage hochzustufen ein Bekennerschreiben.

Da ich mich während der Nazi-Attacke gewährt habe könnte es unter Umständen zu einer Anzeige kommen, durch die schwere Körperverletzungen die ich ihm zugefügt habe.

Als chronisch kranke Person ist diese konstante Angst eine enorme Belastung und schränkt mich in all meinen Lebensbereichen ein: Arbeit, körperliche und mentale Gesundheit, Beziehungen, etc. Weshalb ich mich vor kurzem dafür entschieden habe professionelle Hilfe durch eine psychotherapeutische Behandlung anzugehen. Außerdem bekomme ich Unterstützung durch Psychotherapie, Freund*innen und durch Sozialarbeiter*innen.

Jeder Beitrag, egal wie klein er auch sein mag, hilft mir dabei in diesem Notstand über Wasser zu bleiben. Für folgendes brauche ich Hilfe:

Da ich mich gerade in stationärer Behandlung befinde möchte ich um das Wohnrecht in meiner aktuellen Wohnung kämpfen damit ich nicht in Obdachlosigkeit verfalle, um danach nach einer neuen Wohnung suchen zu können. Ich benötige weiterhin Hilfe um mich gegen Doxxing zu schützen und die ständige rechte Bedrohung zu bekämpfen. Außerdem entstehen weiterhin Kosten für meine medizinische Versorgung, und die potentielle Geldstrafe steht noch im Raum.

Who I am

Hello, my name is Josef, and I’m raising funds to free myself from far right threats. I’m 31 years old, live in North Rhine-Westphalia, and have a chronic illness.

The Problem

I was recently attacked by a Nazi on the street, which resulted in a hospital stay and suddenly plunged my life into crisis. While I was in the hospital, my landlord threatened an eviction notice against me, citing the right to terminate the lease under special circumstances.

Despite a restriction on information in the population registry and being in contact with support organizations, the harassment only stopped temporarily. In the last two weeks, the harassment has intensified, which could lead to the before mentioned eviction notice. According to the support organization, the only thing missing to escalate my threat level is a letter claiming responsibility for the constant harassment.

Since I defended myself during the Nazi attack, I could potentially face charges due to the serious injuries I inflicted on him.

As a chronically ill person, this constant fear is an enormous burden and limits me in all areas of my life: work, physical and mental health, relationships, etc. That is why I recently decided to seek professional help through psychotherapy. I also receive support through psychotherapy, friends, and social workers.

Since I am currently undergoing inpatient treatment, I want to fight to keep my right to live in my current apartment so that I don’t end up homeless and can look for a new place afterward. I still need help protecting myself against doxxing and combating the constant threats from the far right. In addition costs are piling up for my medical care, and the potential fine is still pending.
