Hello, my name is Angela, and I'm reaching out during a very difficult time in my life. I recently had to take medical leave for a medical procedure, and I truly believed I had completed the necessary paperwork. Unfortunately, I misunderstood the process and didn't submit the medical leave forms correctly or in time.

Because of that mistake, I will not be receiving the income I was depending on while I heal.

I work in the medical field, and caring for others has always been the core of who I am. I'm used to being the person who reassures patients, comforts people who feel overlooked, and tries to bring calm to stressful moments. Asking for help like this is extremely humbling, but right now I don't have another option.

I'm a single woman who just turned 51, and without income during this recovery period, I'm unable to cover my essential bills. I will be returning to work, but until then I am struggling to stay stable. I am asking for help with the immediate expenses I cannot meet on my own:

Rent: $1,550

Utilities: ~$67

Prescriptions: ~$20

Internet: ~$116

Medical bills: Over $5,000 total - needing $500 in minimum payments

Basic living expenses during recovery.
