Unnecessary eviction

Hello my name is Kylie and I live  with my mom, two brothers, my dog Kairo, and my grandmother. We were asked to move in with my grandparents in 2014 because they were ill and  wanted people around to watch over and take care of them just in case anything happened. Unfortunately my grandfather passed away in 2018 and then my father passed away only a few months later in 2019. Due to this trauma my brother has been going through his own legal issues, so we were dealing with legal bills on top of funeral costs. Not only these bills but normal bills for food and gas come up every month as well.

Unfortunately this year has taken a turn for the worst. With everything going on as well as covid we have been served an eviction notice of only 30 days by a relative, who has power of attorney over my grandmother. My relative has recently and  unexpectedly taken my grandma from our home and when we asked, she said my grandmother would not be returning. We have had no communication or any knowledge of what is going on with my grandmother or who will/is  taking care of her. We have had random unexpected visits from insurance and real estate agents, as well as our cable cut off without any notice. We personally don’t make enough money to find a new place to live with only a 30 day notice and especially in the economic climate. My mother is incredibly selfless, giving and kind. We have done absolutely nothing wrong to deserve any of this, especially from another family member. Being that this is so sudden and us not having the funds to afford a lawyer or even to move out so suddenly we need some help. So anything can help us. Even if you cannot donate financially any legal knowledge, moving help or even just sharing this around is incredibly helpful!
