They told us “Put a mask on your kids or they won’t be allowed a proper education.”  We are saying "NO!  Back off our kids and see you in court!"
 
They've shown us that education doesn't matter, mental health doesn't matter and suicide rates don't matter, but we know long-term effects on our kids are immeasurable and irreparable. We are a group of fed-up parents fighting government overreach and demanding the choice to unmask our children in school but we can't do this alone.   We need ALL hands on deck!   We will not succeed in this fight if we don't have strength in numbers!  Our priority is unmasking our kids but our fight will grow when deemed necessary.  The mask is only the beginning....

Among other efforts to fight back, we recently filed a lawsuit in Oakland County attacking the unlawful mandates put in place by the Oakland County Health Division. This is a case of first impression, so we expect a fight and will continue to appeal if given unfavorable rulings.  The Oakland County lawsuit is the first of many fights that we will have to wage and these fights will get expensive.   As a result, we are asking for help to subsidize the costs and attorney fees.

Funds raised will pay for our pending legal action against Oakland County to fight the mask mandate.  Our first step was legally challenging the Oakland County Health Division's power and constitutionality to make the recent mandates regarding masking of students within the county.   We will  move forward with whatever appeal and/or further legal actions are needed to eventually ensure that all Michigan students have the choice whether or not to mask in schools. 100% of all donations will go towards our legal actions.
