Hi, I'm Felicia Sheline, a mindset coach and the founder of the Surpassing Potential Project. As a parent of a special needs child, I understand firsthand the unique challenges that come with this journey. Through my own experiences, I realized how critical mindset support is for both special needs parents and adults. This led me to create the Surpassing Potential Project, an organization dedicated to providing deeply subsidized or free mindset coaching.

We’re raising funds to offer coaching programs and resources that help parents and adults in the special needs community manage stress, build resilience, and rediscover their own potential. Our goal is to empower families to thrive, not just survive, by giving them the tools to navigate life’s uncertainties with confidence and strength.
