University of Maryland Terps Hockey

Europe bound!

5 members of the University of Maryland Men’s Ice Hockey team have been chosen to play on the ACC Premier League All-star team that will be playing in Europe in January. Forwards Patryk Bieganowski from Krakow, Poland, Tucker Healy from Stamford, Connecticut, Max Newnam from Easton, Maryland, Trevor Drake from Germantown, Maryland and defenseman Brian Teske from Woodbine, Maryland, will be headed to Slovenia, Croatia and Austria just after the New Year to play those respective teams as well as Team Serbia. To help defer player costs these boys desperately need your help! No donation is too small, every donation is appreciated, and ALL money raised will go to travel expenses. Additionally, as an incentive for your generosity, the person with the largest donation will win a University of Maryland puck autographed by John Carlson of the Washington Capitals. Again, any donation is appreciated and helps the players reach their goal. So whether you are hockey fan, just a sports fan, international travel fan, or just a proponent of young college students getting amazing experiences, please consider helping.
