Support the Steel Bridge at UCI Student Project!

Steel Bridge at UCI allows for students to come together to design, fabricate, and construct an incredible steel bridge! We are proud participants in the esteemed American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) and American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) hosted competition, where we put our skills and knowledge to the test.

This year’s competition will be held at University of Hawaii at manoa, so in support to minimize the amount of costs of:

-Hotel fees

-Flight/Travel fees

-Container/Shipping fees

-Conference registration fees

Since the competition will be held in Hawaii, cost to attend will be higher due to the need of shipping materials and flight tickets.

What is the Steel Bridge at UCI project all about?

It's a fantastic opportunity for aspiring engineers to showcase their talents and learn valuable lessons in structural engineering and construction ethics. Throughout the competition, we encounter challenges that push us to innovate and find creative solutions within design constraints, fabrication restrictions, and constructability regulations.
