Una Mano Para(A hand for) Venezuela

Venezuelans are fighting for the restitution of democracy and respect for the human rights of their country. The current government is repressing the demonstrations and peaceful protests of opocision with violence, tear gas and repression. There are already more than 18 dead, hundreds of people in prison, and thousands detained.
Due to the humanitarian crisis that the government insists on hiding, due to the lack of medicines and food that the country faces, the wounded of the protests, like the rest of the population, do not have the necessary resources to be assisted and to improve.
We want, as students, to help our youth in Venezuela, who are fighting for a cause that is also ours.
This campaign will serve to raise funds and buy the necessary materials that will serve to put our small contribution in the effort to help restore the health of our population. All the medicines we buy, will be sent to groups of doctors volunteering to help this cause in Venezuela. They will administer and distribute these supplies.

Los Venezolanos estan luchando por la restitucion de la democracia y el respeto de los derechos humanos de su pais. El gobierno actual esta reprimiendo las manifestaciones y protestas pacificas de la opocision con violencia, gases lacrimogenos y represion. Ya van mas de 18 muertos, cientos de personas presas, y miles detenidas.
Debido a la crisis humanitaria que el gobierno insiste en ocultar, por la falta de medicinas y alimentos que enfrenta el pais, los heridos de las protestas, al igual que el resto de la poblacion, no tienen los recursos necesarios para ser asistidos y mejorar.
Queremos, como estudiantes, poder ayudar a nuestros companeros en Venezuela, quienes luchan por una causa que tambien es nuestra.
Esta campaña servira para recaudar fondos y comprar todo aquello que les sirva para poner nuestro grano de arena en el esfuerzo de restablecer la salud de nuestra poblacion. Todos los medicamentos que compremos, se enviaran a grupos de voluntarios medicos en Venezuela quienes distribuiran los insumos a los afectados.
