Uniting for Emily: Ease the Burden of Cancer

Hi all,

Our dear friend, Emily, was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma (Breast Cancer) earlier this year. On June 1st, she will be undergoing a double mastectomy operation, followed by reconstruction surgery in the coming weeks.

This is Emily's second battle with cancer in her short life so far. Since overcoming it a few years ago, she and her husband, Stephen, welcomed their daughter, Mia, into the world.

We are starting this fundraiser to help support her and her family while they focus on what's most important: healing, recovery, and loving one another through this journey.

Emily has built a successful career as a Stylist in the Atlanta area. However, due to her fight against cancer, she will be unable to contribute to their household income for the next several months.

While the road ahead will undoubtedly be difficult for the entire family, we have unwavering confidence in Emily's strength and the unity of her family.

Our goal as those with lots of love for the Cunningham family is to minimize the burden. We hope to achieve this by easing the financial strain and other stressors that are already challenging to manage on the best of days—such as groceries, meal preparation, cleaning, child care, and more.
