We, the players of D.C. United, have launched an effort to raise funds to support the greater Washington, D.C. area in our continued fight against COVID-19.
You’re there for us every matchday and we want to be there for you now. While we’re unable to play in front of you at Audi Field, it doesn’t mean we can’t be United.
To show our appreciation and to support the greater Washington, D.C. area we have created this #UniteTheDistrict fund. This fund will benefit local non-profit, Martha’s Table, to help them further their mission of supporting strong children, strong families and strong communities, as well as our matchday hourly staff, especially during this time of increased need.
We encourage all of you to continue to follow the guidelines set forth by your government officials, health authorities, and the CDC to stay home and practice social distancing. For more information on how you can do this you can visit: dcunited.com/covid.
