On Monday 6th May, our brother in law/cousin Edison was taken to hospital with an acute breathing difficulty caused by lung infection. His diabetic condition made his defences to weaken and it’s taking longer to recover. He was in a coma and his infection is being treated in an intensive care unit in Paraguay. 
As per today he is still in intensive care and we hope his condition will improve and he leaves and recovers soon.
However, intensive care in Paraguay is costing him a staggering equivalent of over €1000 PER DAY!
We, as a united family hereby appeal to our friends and extended family in Ireland and Europe to help our cousin to cover some of the cost of this expensive intensive care.
