We are United Hope Town. 

This is a group of residents on Hope Town, Elbow Cay headed up by Francis Charles (Island Boy Excursions). Hurricane Dorian teared through our 6 mile long island causing catastrophic damage and leaving 90% of residents with nothing and no way of earning a living for the foreseeable future.

Joanna Nightingale (London, UK) and Jessica Bayne (Florida) are  organising this fundraiser on behalf of  Francis Charles and United Hope Town and will help with the collection and distribution of funds. We are in direct contact with Francis and managing this on his behalf.

We have created this page to raise money to rebuild community and the homes of our friends on Elbow Cay. And to support them in living over the future months. Everything is needed over the next few months, the road to recovery is a very long one. 

Please donate if you can to help us make the island inhabitable and to eventually return it to a place so many take pleasure visiting from all around the world.

Your relationship or contact to the parties you're raising funds for: Joanna and Jessica are life long friends of Francis Charles. Francis is heading up United Hope Town - a group of current residents on Elbow Cay. We are raising funds for the families, friends and residents - who have lost everything and have no way to earning a living in the near future.

How the funds will be spent (be specific as possible): Jessica Bayne will be drawing down funds and assisting in Francis with purchasing supplies and materials to rebuild homes and maintain basic living standards. Materials and supplies will have to come from the US. Hence Jessicas help is vital here.

Your withdrawal plan to get the funds from the campaign to the ultimate beneficiary/ies: Jessica is withdrawing money into a US account to purchase materials & supplies to be delivered into Elbow Cay. 100% of all funds will be going directly to support this group of residents headed up by Francis Charles - United Hope Town.
