Our beloved home country has been experiencing one natural calamity after another. A powerful and destructive typhoon recently struck Cebu, and just over the weekend, another storm rampaged across the nation. The unprecedented damage to residential properties and public infrastructure—not to mention the loss of livelihoods, and most tragically, lives—has left our country in turmoil.

Let us unite and do what we do best: practice our spirit of "Bayanihan" to support our fellow countrymen who have been severely affected by Typhoon Tino. On behalf of the United Filipino Community in Somerset (UFCS), we appeal to you all. Please consider pledging your support by making a donation, big or small. Every contribution will make a difference in helping rebuild lives and address the immediate needs of the less fortunate people of Cebu.
