IMPORTANT: The original fundraising campaign for Sofia was in YouCaring.com. They were taken over by Go Fund Me but unfortunately, did not transfer the previous campaign data. Sofia's medical expenses still continue so we begin again here. Thank you for all who have supported Sofia and continue to do so today!
SOFIA'S STORY:
Sofia Rabello, a student at Holy Trinity Catholic Academy in Whitestone, NY was diagnosed in 2017 with an aggressive brain tumor.
“Sofia loves arts & crafts,” says her mom, Dione Rabello. “She can’t wait to be back to her regular routine of school and playing with her friends. Since being diagnosed, unfortunately her daily routine has now become a cycle of continuous conventional and alternative treatments."
While insurance has covered some of Sofia's growing medical costs, it does not come close to covering everything. Sofia's required full-time care has forced family members to stop working adding to the growing financial needs.
This is why we are coming to you today via this new Go Fund Me campaign. We are eternally grateful to all who have supported us throughout this journey not only financially and emotionally, but especially with your daily prayers and positive thoughts.
