We are from the Melbourne United Sport and Business Diploma course and we are trying to raise money for our major project ' United for Health '. At Melbourne United, we believe basketball is more than just a game. Its a platform to connect, inspire and uplift our community especially when the issue that we are discussing is mental health. We all believe that this is a critical part of our overall wellbeing to better our performance on & off the court, yet is often doesn't get the attention it deserves. This is where we come in, we are organising a full day of workshops, an interactive panel and presentation that can encourage young adults to speak up and understand that they are never alone and there is a broad selection of people, places and organisations that are here to help
