Colombia está pasando por un momento muy difícil, y aunque muchos de nosotros estamos lejos, eso no significa que no podamos hacer algo para ayudar.

Como colombiana viviendo en el Reino Unido y detrás de **Majo in UK**, sentí que no podía simplemente ver lo que está pasando desde lejos y quedarme de brazos cruzados. Sé que muchos de ustedes también tienen familia, amigos y seres queridos en Colombia, y sé lo mucho que duele estar lejos cuando tu país está pasando por algo así.

Por eso decidí crear esta campaña para reunir a nuestra comunidad en UK y ayudar a quienes hoy más lo necesitan.

**Todo lo recaudado será destinado a apoyar la respuesta humanitaria de la Cruz Roja Colombiana ante esta emergencia.**

Como GoFundMe no permite retirar fondos directamente en Colombia, los fondos serán retirados desde el Reino Unido y posteriormente transferidos por mí a la Cruz Roja Colombiana a través de su canal oficial.

Quiero que esto sea completamente transparente. **Compartiré los comprobantes de las transferencias realizadas y actualizaciones de lo recaudado**, para que todos podamos saber dónde termina cada donación.

No importa si puedes donar £5, £10 o simplemente compartir esta campaña. Cada aporte suma.

Colombia is going through an incredibly difficult time, and although many of us are far away, that doesn’t mean we can’t do something to help.

As a Colombian living in the UK and the creator behind Majo in UK, I couldn’t simply watch everything happening from afar and do nothing. I know many of you have family, friends and loved ones in Colombia, and I know how difficult it can feel to be away from home when your country is going through something like this.

That’s why I’ve decided to create this fundraiser to bring our community here in the UK together and support those who need it most right now.

100% of the funds raised will be donated to the Colombian Red Cross to support their humanitarian response to this emergency.

As GoFundMe does not currently allow funds to be withdrawn directly in Colombia, the funds will be withdrawn in the UK and then transferred by me to the Colombian Red Cross through their official donation channel.

I want this fundraiser to be completely transparent. I will share proof of the transfers and provide updates on the amount raised, so everyone who contributes can see where their donation goes.
