Unite for Aeth: Stop LAOS Deportation Fears
Donation protected
We are reaching out to family and friends for support during this difficult time. There are significant legal bills ahead, and every dollar contributed will go directly toward helping Aeth with lawyer's expenses necessary to secure his release from the detention center. If he faces deportation, we want to ensure we have enough resources to advocate for his right as a Lao immigrant legally in the United States with his family.
Let’s join together and raise our voices to help start the prevention of deportation of our hardworking Lao American people. Any little contribution or donations would be appreciated. Thank you for your support and solidarity during this challenging moment.
Aeth's Letter
To My Beloved Family/Friends and Supporters:
My name is Aeth Nivone, and I am 48 years old, born on April 1, 1977, in Laos. I currently reside in Perris, CA, with my wonderful wife, Angels Sundara, a proud United States citizen, and our five incredible children. Together, Angels and I have five amazing children: Katelyn, Seth, Mayson, Logan, and Ayeden.
I am dedicated to my work as a driver in the City of San Bernardino, and providing for my family is my greatest priority. I want everyone to understand that my past mistakes do not define who I am today. I have learned valuable lessons from my experiences and have committed myself to personal growth. The opportunity to live in this country and support my family is something I hold dear to my heart.
The thought of being separated from my family overwhelms me with anxiety. Their well-being is my utmost concern, and I know that my absence would create profound difficulties for them. If I were forced to return to Laos, it would be heartbreaking to think about the challenges we would face as we struggled to rebuild our lives.
I am actively collaborating with a criminal attorney to help clear my record and with an immigration attorney to initiate an asylum and petition for alien relative through my wife. I am fully devoted to transforming my life and being a better husband and father. I respectfully urge the Court through legal battles to consider my sincere commitment to this journey of growth and my heartfelt desire to remain in the United States, where I can continue to love and support my family. Love, Baby Loc
