Jonathan is a hard working/responsible young 23 year old - full of life and a part of the Dietary family at Union Plaza Care Center.
On Sunday, August 9th, 2020, Jonathan went to the beach and dove into the ocean - but did not realize it was shallow and filled with rocks - hitting his head first when diving.
His roommate found him floating and was airlifted to Nassau University Medical Center where he is in a Coma and possibly paralyzed for life.
I am asking all team members at Union Plaza Care Center to please consider donating anything you can towards alleviating some of the costs and hardship his mother, and only parent will have to endure.
