Union Electrician battling lung cancer

Union Brothers and Sisters,

One of our I.B.E.W. local 11 brothers, a husband and loving father has been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. He is battling it now and has been off work. Coworkers started a go fund me to accept donations for his family and any medical needs to come.

Anything helps brothers and sisters, some of you may have worked with him in the past. Cesar Serrano has always been a great guy, friend, worker."
