Uninhabitable Home

In July I moved my family into what I was told was a unique apartment. Shortly after moving in the problems started to arise as well as the landlords lack of care for the health and well being of my family. The last straw however came in the form of a text message a couple days ago when I was told that me, my wife, or my kids should not use the water in our home and that we should use an outhouse stationed in the back of our apartment. I have 4 kids 11, 9,8,1 and another due within the next couple weeks, so I should send my kids and nine month pregnant fiancee to an outside toilet in the freezing cold and in middle of the night? Not acceptable, While I have a job for a great company and can afford to live, there is no way I can afford to move my family and welcome a new baby boy into this world within a few days of each other. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank u all in advance for your help.
