Oyster-Adams Middle School’s girls basketball team in Washington, DC, has shown incredible dedication and teamwork over the past two seasons. Despite their commitment, the team has played without proper uniforms, relying on mismatched jerseys and random shorts just to get on the court. This year, a coach stepped up and paid out of pocket for a full set of new uniforms so the players could finally look and feel like a real team.

Having matching uniforms means more than just looking good—it boosts morale, helps the girls feel united, and allows them to represent Oyster-Adams with pride at every game. The players are excited to take the court this season knowing they finally have the chance to look as good as they play.

We’re raising funds to reimburse the coach for the cost of the uniforms and to order a couple of additional spares for future players. Your support will help ensure that every player can suit up with confidence and that the team can continue to grow and thrive.
