Hola, soy Glennys, esposa y madre. Llegue de Venzuela a Estados Unidos gracias al parol humanitario, para reencontrarme con el amor de mi vida, mi esposo Rodrigo Marin. Quien viajo primero en búsqueda de nuevas oportunidades laborales y, brindarnos a nuestra hija y a mi mejor calidad de vida. Justo unos meses de este hermoso momento e integrarme a todo lo que esto representa, un nuevo comienzo. Rodrigo sufrió serios dolores que terminaron en el diagnostico e intervención para una Nefrectomía radical. Afortunadamente exitosa. Pero con muchos cuidados y citas medicas.

Continuando con algunos chequeos propios de su recuperación, comenzamos a notar ciertos cambios en el area neuro-motriz, lo que abrió paso a mayores estudios. Hasta encontrar que en su cerebro se alojaba una masa de tamaño considerable, la cual podría causar daños mayores y por lo que fue recluido de emergencia para programar todo su proceso quirúrgico.

El viernes 24 de mayo 2024 fue realizado este procedimiento, ya hemos estado en la unidad de cuidados intensivos durante 21 días. Afortunadamente hemos sido bendecidos con la atención y servicios medicos puntuales para el progreso de su salud, recientemente nos han pasado a una habitación, donde continuaran terapias físicas y de lenguaje especializadas.

Terminada esta fase, entramos en un ventana de espera diaria, donde la fe inquebrantable nos mueve a mirar lo que Dios hara como si ya esta hecho. Día con día vemos su recuperación, lenta y sorprendente a la vez.

Rodrigo cumplirá en poco menos de dos meses 44 años, estoy segura que muchos de ustedes se sentirán felices de apoyarnos en estos momentos que mas les necesitamos. Contar con cada uno de ustedes, sera mas que un regalo para nuestras vidas. Rodrigo es un hombre maravilloso, que se esfuerza cada vez mas en cumplir las evaluaciones medicas, que ha roto con los paradigmas y diagnósticos de la lógica científica. Veo en el sus deseos de tener mas experiencias de vida y ver crecer a nuestra hija que pronto cumplirá 14 años, perfeccionarse como maestro de preescolar cumpliendo su sueño de ser útil en la formación infantil. Con fe en el amor de Dios sabemos que su salud es restaurada.

Agradezco a cada una de las personas que leen nuestra historia, en nombre de mi esposo, mi hija y el mio propio les bendigo.

Su aporte nos servirá para costear diversos gastos, entre los cuales tendremos terapias físicas y de lenguaje, radioterapias e inmunoterapias, ademas de las facturas por gastos medicos que no han sido cubiertos por la póliza de seguro. Dios les bendiga grandemente, “Cada uno dé como propuso en su corazón, no con tristeza, ni por necesidad, porque Dios ama al dador alegre” (2 Corintios 9:7).

Hello, I am Glennys, wife and mother. I came from Venezuela to United States thanks to humanitarian parole, to meet again with the love of my life, my husband Rodrigo Marin. He traveled first in search of new job opportunities and to give our daughter and me a better quality of life. Just a few months after this beautiful moment and integrating into everything that this represents, a new beginning. Rodrigo suffered serious pain that ended in the diagnosis and intervention for a radical nephrectomy. Fortunately successful. But with a lot of care and medical appointments.

Continuing with some checkups typical of his recovery, we began to notice certain changes in the neuro-motor area, which opened the way to further studies. Until we found that a considerable-sized mass was lodged in his brain, which could cause further damage and for which he was admitted to the emergency room to schedule his entire surgical process.

This procedure was performed on Friday, May 24, 2024, we have already been in the intensive care unit for 21 days. Fortunately, we have been blessed with timely medical care and services for the progress of his health. Recently, we have been moved to a room where specialized physical and language therapies will continue.

Once this phase is over, we enter a daily waiting window, where unwavering faith moves us to look at what God will do as if it is already done. Day by day we see his recovery, slow and surprising at the same time.

Rodrigo will be 44 years old in a little less than two months. I am sure that many of you will feel happy to support us in these moments when we need you most. Counting on each one of you will be more than a gift for our lives. Rodrigo is a wonderful man, who strives more and more to comply with medical evaluations, who has broken with the paradigms and diagnoses of scientific logic. I see in him his desire to have more life experiences and to see our daughter grow, who will soon be 14 years old, to perfect himself as a preschool teacher, fulfilling his dream of being useful in child education. With faith in God's love we know that her health is restored.
