Unidos por Lennys - Apóyame para una tercera cirugía

Yo, Lenny A. Barreto de Salgado, residenciada en la ciudad de Valencia -Venezuela, actualmente me encuentro en la necesidad de recurir al apoyo de todos para poder someterme a una tercera intervencion quirurgica, por una condicion medica la cual me ha estado afectando mi salud desde el año 2017 y a pesar de ya tener dos intervenciones mi situacion ha empeorado.

En el año 2017, fui operada de dos (02) tumores a nivel de la C1 y C2, quedando parte del tumor en tallo central del cerebro (estos tumores hasta le fecha no han crecido).

En el año 2023, me operan de dos (02) tumores de la orbita derecha (meningiomas), con lesion osea en la parte lateral de la orbita, con hemorragia, arteria meningea hipertrofica, tumoracion adherida firmemente a duramadre de 2X2cm y fui intervenida con craneotomia y fresado de orbita mas excenesis de tumor temporal y extraccion mas craneo plastica con metilmetalcrilazo mictoplaca y microtornillos.

Año 2025, segun nuevo estudio se evidencia el aumento de tamaño de la lesion comparado al estudio hecho en 2024, lo que condiciona el aumento del exoftalmo y para mejorar esto se amerita una nuave intervencion quirurgica la cual me debo realizar lo antes posible para evitar que llegue a perder la vision completamente en ese lado.

My name is Lenny A. Barreto de Salgado, and I live in Valencia, Venezuela. I am currently in urgent need of support to undergo a third surgical procedure due to a medical condition that has affected my health since 2017. Despite having already undergone two surgeries, my situation has worsened.

In 2017, I had surgery to remove two tumors located at the C1 and C2 vertebrae. Part of one tumor remains in the brainstem (these tumors have not grown since then).

In 2023, I underwent surgery for two tumors in the right eye orbit (meningiomas), which caused bone damage, hemorrhaging, and a hypertrophic meningeal artery. The tumor was firmly attached to the dura mater and measured 2x2 cm. The procedure involved a craniotomy, orbital reshaping, tumor excision, and cranioplasty using methyl methacrylate, a microplate, and micro screws.

In 2025, a new scan revealed that the lesion has increased in size compared to the 2024 study. This has worsened the exophthalmos (eye protrusion), and to prevent complete vision loss in that eye, I urgently need another surgery.
