We are raising funds for an incredible woman, a friend, a mother, and a person full of light who needs all of us right now. Following surgery, Jennifer suffered a medical complication that led to respiratory arrest, severely affecting her cognitive abilities. Over the past few months, she has been in a palliative care clinic, fighting with strength and dignity.
Today, the doctors have determined that it is best for Jennifer to continue her care at home, surrounded by the love of her family. However, to make this possible, essential medical equipment and accommodations are needed, such as a surgical stretcher and a neurological chair, to provide her with the care she deserves.
As a community, we want to make this possible. We want to give Jennifer the chance to be at home with her two children, who long to hold their mom again in a space filled with love.
