Hola soy Eleazar Mendoza y necesito tu ayuda para seguir mi tramiento , ya eh tenido mi primer cirugía donde se me realizó la extracción de tejido cancerigeno, pero aún falta continuar con esta batalla; tu ayuda será importante para cubrir medicamentos de costos elevados , estudios de laboratorio constantes para checar la evolución de la enfermedad, tengo que acudir a la ciudad de Guadalajara a mis consultas médicas (viaticos para hospedaje y traslado ,actualmente vivo en Puerto Vallarta Jalisco). Derivado de este diagnóstico oncológico me ha imposibilitado mantenerme activo laboralmente, considerando que mi recuperacion requiere de reposo, desgaste emocional y físico; de manera paulatina estoy perdiendo peso la enfermedad se traduce a no retener el alimento y nutrientes necesarios que me hagan fortalecerme. Te invito a formar parte de esta campaña de ayuda y juntos lograr el objetivo, está enfermedad me ha limitado en lo laboral, durante mucho tiempo me dediqué a trabajar en el mantenimiento residencial y personalmente quiero continuar con ello, mi vida normal, sonreír y seguir siendo feliz gracias por tú apoyo.
