My Name is Nicole Madison, and I am trying to raise money. Recently My dad died from a massive heart attack following with a car crash. My family and I was not identified about the passing which put us in a complete mental shock and I drove around Huntington for 4 hours in middle of the night. The next day I go to the Cabell Huntington Hospital and the receptionist told me that he was discharged, even though my family and I called the hospital multiple times and was told that my dad was not checked in. Right now I am not okay but I will be okay. This was very random and I am lost for words. If you guys would like to contribute anything to help me pay for this then that will truly help me.
